My husband can’t find a decent job, and my job cut my hours down. This month has been a struggle I’m so ready for January just so I can say I survive December. My child birthday is in 7 days and I can’t do anything for him or for Christmas. I’m so sick of this. I wish we were in a better situation. Y’all just pray for my family please.

No I haven’t reached out. Idk I’m not really looking for handouts I guess. Having some money would be nice right now but. I know things will get better. So I’m just praying and holding on. Son turns one next week so I know he really don’t need a lot. I’m just worried about his bday at this point. Hoping we can afford the final costs. I planned it a month ago

@massgirl, yeah I know. But I’m having an actual party at a place that we already paid a deposit. So that’s what’s really stressing me out.

Have you reached out to local charities or toys for tots? How old is your son? Sometimes if you just explain the situation in a kids point of view they'll be understanding. maybe next month you could just get him something small from the dollar store. Hope things get better for you
