So when the midwife checked baby position shes head down but not engaged yet so i guessed.... im thinking to buy a gym ball to start bouncing 🙈 does it help engage baby or lower the head into the pelvis as baby girl is laying on top of my pelvis

Yeah it could help :) Maya didnt start engaging until 36 weeks :) she wasnt fully engaged when my waters broke x

Oh wow and she is your first 🙈 my boys were engaged by now... my midwife was saying she might not be engaged till i start contracting 🙈

Defo get the ball it’s a life saver for that back pain ! And where she’s your third they usually won’t engage til labour starts xx
