Two very dear friends of mine came to see #AmericanSonPlay at yesterday’s matinee! And I was soooo moved that they did. I have DEEP respect and admiration for both of these women. As actors, directors, mothers, activists and friends. AND... they both have films in theaters now!!!!!!! GO SEE @IAmReginaKing in #IfBealeStreetCouldTalk (it is such a beautiful film)
