My sons pee hole is a little red like it’s irritated, I’ve put some cream on it and I’ve kept him as dry as possible today but it could be from the soap I used is there anything else I can do for him he’s only about to be 7 weeks old.

Make sure he’s got room in his diaper and it’s not touching or rubbing it depending on his size might be time to go up in diaper size.
