Just a sweat rash hun, my little girl gets it all the time, it's only happenwd the older shes got aswel, maybe to do with what she drinks I don't know but doc said nothing to worry about just a sweat rash x

Thank you she wears a nappy for bed so that could be it they've come out a lot redder today hopefully they've gone down by tomorrow x

@olivia_monique yeah same as my little one, think it's to do with been laid on it during the night and just been in contact with the skin, don't worry about it it's fine x
