So today when I went in for my annual check up I found out I was pregnant so they did an ultrasound to see if our calculations were correct (13 weeks and 2 days) but we got bad news that the baby didn’t have a heartbeat and the fetus stopped growing at 9 weeks and now I just keep playing in my head How could this happen? What did I do wrong? I’ve never experienced so much pain in my life please pray for me guys .

Hun it happens, happend to me with my very first baby😔 i am sorry this is happening but it is NOT YOUR FAULT, do not blame yourself. There isnt much anyone can say to make it better, it will take time. Sending you hugs and prayers🙏🙁
Oh love im so sorry I know what your going through the same thing happened to me. It was the saddest day of my life. It's something very hard that mother's go through sometimes but we can't ask why God knows why he does these types of things. Don't blame yourself you didn't do anything wrong
