Hr called me this morning asking if I was pregnant ..... Uhhhh can they do that? Which I had already disclosed to an hr employee and met about my benefits. But the attitude I got this morning from an hr person that I guess wasn't told made me so mad

It’s illegal for an employer to ask but since you already disclosed the info to another Hr rep I’m assuming it’s ok to now discuss it. Maybe their approach was wrong but I’m sure they are just trying to verify the information that was given to them.
