I saw women talk abt this awhile ago and when my son got it I went and got it bc moisturizing didn’t work. But at target they sell a infant shampoo called Mustela we got it and within 3 uses his flakes whre gone.. and he hasn’t had anything since either I still use it. Smells good also. Has good ratings and definitely worked

Dont pick it tho. The oil will help soften it. When you wash or brush his hair, it'll fall out naturally.
