Well my fiancé is with our 12 yr old at her school filling out a police report, my daughter was walking home and some girl punched her in the face pretty bad. I called the school as soon as she got home and they said to bring her in to file a report with the on site officer, we are pressing charges. This girl has been bullying my daughter since we moved here and now hit her, I am seriously livid! She’s lucky I’m pregnant and an adult and that she’s under 18 cuz I’d get this little B myself. 😡😡😡 don’t mess with mine cuz you’ll get yours!!

Sorry to hear this happened to your daughter. Take picture's for the cops ,school as well I would go straight to the principal's office ...is this crazy young girl getting arrested today? I would go to the police station also if not happening today ! Clean her wounds also so she doesn't get any infection..so sad a 12 yr old girl can't walk home and not be bullied.( has Nothing been done about her bullying before,Have u gone to school w that issue? Speak to her parent's?

They just got home they talked to the resource officer and are Meeting with the actual cop tomorrow morning, they took pictures of her face and took a report they said we can file charges and have her arrested tomorrow, he is taking her into school when the officer gets in around 9 am so they don’t interact before that. I am so pissed. She has been through way too much to be dealing with this now too. Then I get a call from the other school that my 6 and 11 year old attend and apparently my 11 yr old wondered off and didn’t get on bus, mind you she’s special needs and are supposed to be walking her into the bus. My 6 year old made it home now we had to go pick my 11 yr old up, wouldn’t be so mad but 1. She could of gotten hurt or lost, and 2 I have like 20 miles til empty in my truck and no money for gas and I have to run to the store to use our link card to get groceries. NOT a good day!

YOU momma 🎉👏👏👏👏👏👏 heres to you! I hate it when I see parents say "kids will be kids" or some shit! So glad you're pressing charges for your daughter. I wish the school would of took action before it got to the point of violence but now they wont have a chance to. I had to get a lawyer for my cousin years ago, she was being bullied terribly, tried to commit suicide bc of it. We sued the school to where they had to pay for a private teacher to come to my home and do her school work with her bc of their negligence. I hope it gets better for your daughter now 💕

Thanks ladies, I don’t do the kids will be kids, they need to learn respect! My daughter would never do that she knows better! I am looking into teaching her self defense as well, sad I have to do that ugh. On a good note my divorce was finalized yesterday thank the lord! Long story short We were separated over 2 years, but come to find out back in May my now ex husband was raping my 12 year old for almost that 2 years as some sick way to hold onto me, he’s been in jail since April and still waiting for sentencing 🙄 but that’s why I’m so much more upset about the school situation and bullying because my girl has been through so much more than any should and I don’t need her getting more piled on her 😭
