I'm 11 weeks and tired all the time. All I want to do is sleep. I've gotten lucky and haven't puked once. But as soon as I start doing house work I feel like puking. What are some tips for energy? It's starting to become a problem. He works all day and I'm home doing my online schooling but he always wants to know what I've done besides lay around and sleep 🙄

Honestly girl the same thing happened to me, I didn’t get any morning sickness but I was beyond exhausted in the beginning, it was rough. But I will say my obgyn told me my iron was pretty low so he prescribed me iron pills I had to take the whole time plus prenatals, but after that I did have energy again

I’m 22 weeks and still stay tired all the time.
I hope you get your energy back soon, but I still haven’t.
Even with my daughter I would have to nap at least twice through the day to keep from falling over. Lol.

Maybe have your vitamin D checked! I have really bad issues with just being drained, even before being pregnant. They said mine was super super low and that would be contributing to the issue

Just tell the baby Dr to check it? They just take your blood?

your family doctor could too. They always check a lot of things when they do my thyroid. But mention what issues your having and wondering if that could be the issue.

That was my first trimester reality too girl I hate being pregnant but that attitude is toxic that isn't okay. You both are just trying to live happily
