☀️Yeah, I’m not done with the Cancun photos, nor am I done with the vlogs on YouTube!

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

On today’s vlog you’ll see me experience a whole new workout called BOGA. Mix yoga with boards and, well, there you go, BOGA.

It looked super fun at first glance and then you actually start doing some workouts on it and... then the intensity begins.

Have you ever tried something so new you never even heard of? Did you follow through or quit? Watch the vlog to see how I did [LINK IN BIO] Youtube.com/thatsBetsyV
