Ladies with curly hair tots: do I cut my daughters hair to even it out? Ex. It’s really long in the middle of her head, the bottom hair is short curls, and the top is medium length. My mother in law says to leave it but I need other opinions. Here’s a pic for reference..

@itsacin.le-vel.com, thanks for your input ! This is what my MIL was telling me. I’m so on the fence about cutting  it. It doesn’t help that I’m not familiar with curly hair until now lol

I would leave it, both of my girls were like that... It ended up growing out all the same lengths... Once I did cut it though, their curls relaxed a lot.
