I hate that I don't produce that much breast milk since my baby was born she's been drinking formula and breast milk. Since then I been told to keep breastfeeding so that's what I do but to me it makes me feel like a human pacifier (on a side note I'm bad with making sure to drink water I tried mother's tea I don't remember to drink that also do eat right I just feel discourage). My baby will be 5 months and I've never had these problems with my first baby.

I have a group for pumpers. Ladies who do both or breastfeeding more are all welcome! I, myself, exclusively pumped for 14 months! The chat is quiet at the moment, but there's some very helpful ladies in the group!

I ebf for 15 months and could barely pump an ounce. Pumping is no indication of supply. Do they to drink more though

What you pump isn’t always a true indication of your supply. I’ve breastfed successfully for 17 months and we’re still going strong but I’m lucky if I get an ounce when I pump. Keep well hydrated, steel cut oats, Gatorade and fenugreek tablets can all help to boost your supply.
