Hi need some advice on lower back pain...
I bent down today and when I went to stand up my back locked and I couldn’t straight my back at all or even move..
I can now move a little but still can’t stand up straight or sit straight is there anything that can help ease the pain??😣

Heat pack or a nice bath, need something to relax the muscles x

So wish I could have a bath I have a walk in shower 😑 could I use a hot water bottle ? X

Hot water bottle ,Paracetamol ,Plenty of rest, deep heat gel helps me if im struggling with my back
