What are some good ideas for a 2 year old to do in a car for 10 hours. We are driving to Pennsylvania to see my husbands family for christmas, and I want to keep her as busy as possible. I already have crayola mess free coloring book and a tablet for shows she likes, but that only lasts for so long. Any ideas? :)

Awwn sounds like a long road trip, I think having her favorite stuffed toys, snacking on intervals. The tablets and crayola are definitely a great idea. Have a safe travels.

We do it every year and she does really well, but last year she got more crabby it is a long drive. So I'm worried this year she may not be as patient. I'm praying she does fine. :) And thank you.

Can you try to schedule the trip at bedtime and drive through the night? She will hopefully sleep most of the trip that way.

We have tried that. She doesn't sleep long. But we are leaving later in the afternoon so hopefully when it is dark out she will sleep. :)

I drove 15 hours when my daughter was 2. I made sure she had snacks, drinks, and I stopped every so often for her to stretch her legs. I also gave her her tablet and she had crayons, coloring book, and a few smaller toys to keep entertained. She's pretty chill in the car though and was perfectly fine just having snacks, drinks, and food when hungry.
