My kid has a leaky asshole lol. Every time he farts he sharts. When he poops it’s diarrhea. Poor thing has a rash that’s hurting him so bad. I feel bad but we are going through so many diapers!!!

Oatmeal bath! Salem doesn’t poop solid, never has, so sometimes he has a rash, and the only thing that clears it instantly is letting him soak in a warm oatmeal bath, then letting him air out a bit, then putting the powder on his bum. Sometimes I use diaper rash cream.

take plain oatmeal, and boiling water. Soak the oatmeal in the boiling water until it’s soft and milky and cooled down, then make him a bath in the tub or sink, whichever you do, and fill it with the oatmeal mixture. Let him sit in there for a while, play and whatever, and give him a normal bath
