@boymamachronicles I actually like the taste of mothers milk tea. It tastes like any other herbal tea. I personally prefer to brew a cup as soon as I wake up and I drink it a few hours later when it's cold. It goes down better than water
@boymamachronicles you should. I personally love mothers milk tea. I drink it every once in awhile just because. Helps boost milk supply but is also healthier than water
Keep baby to breast, hand express, skin to skin, eat foods that contain soy lecithin, use warm compresses before nursing/pumping/hand expressing, and power pump. Pump 20 mins rest for 10mins pump 10mins rest for 10mins pump another 10mins do that every day without missing a feeding/session and go no longer than 2 hours without getting milk out and you should see your supply start to increase in 3 days. It's a lot of work but worth it especially if you are determined to breastfeed.
