Im due in 2weeks and my boyfriend still hasbt gotten his due to his fear of needles.. He keeps saying hes gonna do it but still has yet to get it 😬

I got mine. But with this baby being born during the time of year where everyone is sick, i feel like we wohld be safer to have him get it as well

try talking to him I didn't get one because there hasn't been enough research about the effects it has when given during pregnancy but I didn't make any one around us get it whooping cough isn't a big issue where we live and we don't go out much or have many visitors so I didn't worry about it

My husband has never received it any of my pregnancies, I on the other hand have had it every time. Husband won’t even be back until baby is 5-6months old.. so guess it doesn’t matter this time around anyways.

Mine hates needles too but got it. He said he got worked up for nothing.

Mine got his last summer so he was already fine. I did make him get the flu shot. Let him know that it takes 2 weeks to provide protection. I have to make my husband’s appointments for him and usually have whatever done at the same time myself so he doesn’t feel like he’s being picked on.

My husband never got it and neither did any of the grandparents or close family members. Getting the men in our family to go to the doctor is a fight they’re a bunch of mountain men and don’t go to the doctors very often unless it’s over a broken bone and even then we have to argue with them to get them to go so getting them to go for a shot is never going to happen lol. 😂 When I was pregnant with my 8 month old and I got my shot I told my husband that he was supposed to get it too but he said no not happening.
