Is it possible for my 3 month old to be going through his 4 month sleep regression now? He’s waking up often at night, moving a lot, i feel he’s a month in advance but don’t know if this is truly the regression. He’s starting to teeth too but not sure what it could be.

Yes. Regressions can occur any time. 4m is just a common marker. It can last a while too. Hang in there

Yes I could be the regressions can happen any time around the time they state. So for example my daughter is about to turn 17 months and she has had the 18 month regression already
