Literally hungry AF all the time to the point now where if I go an hour without eating I feel light-headed and my stomach acts like it's been empty all day and I have nausea. Never had this with my son. Only got really hungry in the second trimester. This time I feel like I'm starving all the time. Any ways to help? I snack a lot but I'm worried about too much weight gain in the first trimester.
