How long did it take you ladies to feel.. decent downstairs after a vag delivery? Tore in 3 spots that have stitches.. every 2-3 hours im up cleaning and changing everything but if anything as time goes it feels alot worst ): I know I won't feel great soon but I'd like it to start feeling a little better instead of worse everyday!! Any tips to help healing process or discomfort at home would be nice.. thanks!

I would keep doing what you're doing. I had gotten dermaplast and the tucks pass bc it helped a lot.
Also, dont over do it physically.

Halfway through the 6week wait started to feel better but it did take the full 6 weeks if not a bit longer to not look so mauled down there. I also had stitches in 3 different spots.. third degree.. but I do recommend the tucks pads and every time u go to the bathroom keep using the bottle to run warm water down there or use a clean spray bottle it helps going soooo much! It take the uncomfortable feelings away, without it idk if I could even go lol

Oh and if u don’t wanna use tucks, u can make PP pads, aloe, witch hazel, on a pad and freeze.. it’s very soothing for any kinda pain or itching from healing down there n it helps for awhile..

My nurses recommended that I soak in a warm bath a few times a day. That seemed to really help me after I had my daughter and I was feeling better way sooner than I was with my son.

I had 3 tears as well and I didn't start feeling somewhat better until 6 weeks.
