I’m realizing as the weeks are winding down for me to get ready to give birth ( which I’m 31 weeks) I’m becoming more out of breath. After mopping the floor I’m overly exhausted and just completely out of breath 😩😩

Ladies please help I’m freaking out I’m no doctor or anything but my son was breathing weird so I started to listen to his check he was breathing like he held his breath then breathed super deep well I decided to listen to his heart it’s 84 beats a minute while sleeping but his heart doesn’t sound right it beats super fast then completely stops for about 4-5 seconds I’ve never heard this before like for that time I can’t hear any beating or anything in there I’m scared what should I do
