Question mamas so they still haven’t approved my daughter n I for Medicaid & amara is behind on her shots , what happens ? Is that bad ? Omg im stressing .
I’ve paid to get her shots 1 month ago . Which I don’t have a problem doing ..
I just would feel so much weight off my shoulders if they just approved us already 😩😩

Call to find out what's the hold up. It shouldn't take more than a couple of weeks (if that) for Medicaid.

You are fine, they have a such thing called delayed immunizations so you don't have to be on the states schedule for her if you don't want to. You're totally fine!

Call the health dept you may be able to get them done there for very cheap. Also, if you're over like 18 then you probably aren't gonna get approved for Medicaid but she should. You probably had pregnancy Medicaid but they normally cut you off 30 days after the baby is born. You can probably get something really cheap from Obamacare though!

Call the dhs office and tell them that she needs to go to the Dr. And keep prove you paid and when she gets it's send in the prove and they might repay you. And also the health dept goes on income

If you have a shots for tots program they have a calendar online of where they will be each day. They have a sliding scale and its not very expensive. Plus with my 1st we didn't have everything on time either. We caught up around 18 months.
