So I have always had anxiety well around 5 months pregnant I started having horrible nightmares and wake up crying most of them are of my husband dying one was so vivid I watched him get shot and hit the floor and watched the light leave his eyes and his skin go pale. He’s always in his army uniform and it gets me going crazy anyone else or am I going crazy now

You’re not crazy. It’s very normal for vivid nightmares to completely take over your life. I’ve had them my entire life and I’m honestly horribly afraid of sleeping. It never gets easier to face them. It can help to tell someone about the nightmares you’re having. My husband listens to me talk about mine all the time. Hope you feel better soon.

It's normal! Our worst fears magnify and our subconscious brings them to life during the rare moment of sleep or that day you're tired and cleaning the house in preparation. I hope you find solace in knowing you are not alone.
