I was told I’d probably never be able to conceive when I was 19. That proved true until I was 34. I got pregnant out of the blue but lost that baby. I was devastated. So for the next two months I kept taking my prenatal vitamins, folic acid, and tracked my ovulation on the fertility friend app. I woke up every morning at the same time and took my temp with a bbt to track my cycles/ovulation. Two months after my MC I conceived my daughter. You might try doing the same to see if you’re ovulating. And if not, you can take your fertility friend charts to your dr so he/she can get an idea as to what’s going on with your body and order tests.
I talked to the ob and she said it’s so common for your periods to be all over the map she told me not to worry till we hit a year trying. She said let my body adjust. I know it’s trying because of all the crazy things happening. It’s so easy to get discouraged but maybe I will do just that and do what you did it may help me too.
@ekagle32, yep she’s right about not worrying til you try for a year. That’s what I was saying to you before. But charting your cycles will give you a better understanding about what’s going on with ovulation. Once your body starts to regulate again you will see it on your charts. If you decide to do fertility friend, do some research online about bbt temping and how to understand what’s going on with your charts. Fertility friend offers a lot of info about understanding your charts too. I paid for the VIP package so I could have full access and use community forums. The women in those forums are really helpful in answering questions too. Just don’t let it discourage you if you notice you’re not ovulating in the beginning. Like dr said it might take some time for your body to regulate. But taking prenatal vitamins will help your body prepare before conceiving. And feel free to ask me any questions you have about your charts. I love analyzing them. ☺️
I know this looks completely foreign to you right now but this was my fertility friend chart the month I conceived. The red crossed lines indicate when I ovulated and you can see how my temp went up above the horizontal line after ovulation. That’s what happens after ovulation and if you’re not pregnant temps will drop below that line right before you start your period.

@crystalhealing, I wonder if it’s good that I’m not getting a super faint line everytime I test for ovulation

Yes it’s possible your body is trying to ovulate but not quite there yet.
