I need some calming advice or input. My husband wants to take a job in Texas which isn't a big issue but he is so excited that he let his sister pick the day he is going which is the 1st of January. We are in Nebraska and the kids and I will be staying here until our lease is up in JULY. My hubby is too excited that he is blind about how too soon that is and won't change the day. We won't have money for anything when he does that and I am freaking out. I don't know what to do. Someone help!

I find it strange that he would coordinate a date with his sis instead of laying that plan out with you 🤔 Will he be leaving you alone with 5 kids?! Do you have help? I don’t know what to suggest other than asking him to reconsider the date once you have him in a good mood.

I only have 3 kids lol but my parents live 15 minutes away but he will be taking our only car and my family can't help me for 6 months. It's not their responsibility for taking my kids to appointments or taking us to the store or taking them to school. It would have been different if it was maybe a month or two. I'm just so frustrated that he listens to his sister and not his wife.

@mojobebe That he wants to be closer to his family and the job pays 25 cents to $1.25 more than he is getting. That's the only reason he wants to move us again. There isn't anything there that will benefit our kids. All of the stuff they need is here. But he's too blind by his family to see it.
