I never gave away or threw anything away that I have used for with my first baby and having my second so close together idk what i need to prepare my self with.. that being said, Whats are some essentials I need to get for my second baby?? Diapers and wipes. If you kept everything else and baby is the same gender you don't need much. It's more of things you want. We have 3 boys and our oldest is 3 1/2. I also breastfeed. I had so many bottles with my first that we actually had ones we never used and are using now. I used the same bottles from the first to the second. I just replaced the nipples. I am someone who likes to stock pile things so I had enough baby lotion, soap and bath accessories.

I am due feb 19 and honestly the only thing I am going to buy is diaper and wipes and that’s sit and since it’s a different sex thank God i for handy down so I really don’t have to buy so much clothes but of course I’ll buy some clothes for my baby girl and I m going to buy blanket but I guess that’s about it

Oh the only thing I brought is s double stroller of course I ain’t planning to push one 2 different stroller

I didnt get rid of anything either. So I stocked up on diapers and wipes and since yours are so much closer together than mine were if you use bottles I'd consider getting more bottles.
