Three hr feeding schedule since the NICU however today he had his first big day out and his feedings kinda got dragged further in time he’s still sleeping and started latching on tonight should I feed him now (it’s feeding time ). Or leave him alone. I don’t wanna have him starving or off schedule.....

He will wake when he's hungry. Was there a specific reason why he was on a schedule?

That’s just the way they had it in the NICU.

oh ok, probably to make it easier for the nurses in the NICU to remember when to feed the babies if they all ate at the same time.
