My LO is 16 months and she nurses once a day. I just offered cows milk when she wakes up and 1-2 hours before bed. She was used to being latched the whole night so I just rocked her to sleep until she got used to it. I was so tired tonight I just nursed but overall she nurses way less for less time. Tonight she nursed for like 3 minutes and fell fast asleep.

We were down to two times a day. I just cut one and then cut the other a little while later. My son was a little over 18 months.

I started supplementing with a bottle of parents choice nido milk
