Feeling heavey presure in my privete parts sometimes when i sneeze liquid comes out it doesnt smell of urine got really bad back pain too and starting to get pains in lower belly mostly heppens when i walk what can this be im 29+6 days pregnant and i also think baby already head down as my last midewife appoitment witch was on the 26th last month said her back is in on my right hand side of my belly and she put the heart beat montiter closer towards my privetes and NOT uptowds my boobs?? Can anyone give me any answers my first pregency also my wee is starting to smell sweet too
