I heard the capsules can help with thinning/dilating. I asked my ob about it and she gave me the okay to start it next week but said there is no proof it works 🤷🏻‍♀️ I heard you can take it and insert it?

The capsules? Yes I took them last pregnancy and they worked for me so I will be doing it next pregnancy too. They don't bring on labor, but they soften the cervix. I didn't tear, rip or burn. Nothing, she slid right out lol

The preschool? I worked at one! I loved it, but I hated our director. I worked there for a year. Every school is different though.
