I finally got put on some anxiety meds last week and decided to stop babysitting my SO’s niece (she was just too much to handle while trying to get myself together) and spend some time at my moms during the day while my SO works. I still babysit the 3 year old that I’ve been babysitting for like a year and I had a 4 day weekend away from her cause I “took off” Friday and she had dr appointments Monday... I think a 4 day break ruined me. Yesterday and today I have had like zero patience and zero energy to keep up with her and my daughter 😩 we hangout at my moms so luckily I have extra help but it’s so weird cause I’ve babysat her for a while and never had this feeling. It’s like I dread having to babysit her and she’s never been an issue. Hopefully it passes soon!

It’s became so stressful lately. Especially since I up and stopped babysitting my SO’s niece. I feel bad for not keeping her but still babysitting the other toddler and I know my SO’s family doesn’t understand it which only makes me feel worse but it was literally to the point that I could not take it any more I had to get some help and do something for myself which at this time is “lightening my load”. I’ve only been taking my meds for a week now and I’m supposed to up my dose tomorrow to 150mg instead 75mg so hopefully it really starts helping soon.

Some days are worse then others. Maybe it’s because the girls haven’t seen each other in a few days.

This week so far has been crazy with them! I try to be patient and remind myself that they’re both just toddlers but they really know how to push a person’s buttons sometimes lol they’re so used to each other now that they act like siblings and just fight all day long 😩
