Has anyone heard of using essential oils for baby with help with sleep?
Thanks everyone!! I’m just looking for something to help my baby feel relaxed so she can sleep more. She wakes up every night screaming or crying. I try everything and it doesn’t help.
@momof2babygirls, poor kiddo. Some kids just don’t sleep well. It sucks. I have one. It has gotten better, but he still doesn’t sleep through the night. (Which btw is normal until age 5). Lots of cuddles and caffeine
@laniejay, so I just have to take it for what it is and just have my big giant cup of coffee lol
@momof2babygirls, ☕️ that’s been my approach 😂 and honestly now that I’ve accepted it just is what it is, it’s been far less stressful. He is improving. Slowly and on his own time.
I used to use essential oils prior to having my daughter. I have not touched it since then. I think some essential oils can be harmful for pregnancy and babies and i am too lazy to do the research 🤣 so i have not touched it since 2016 😂
Some essential oils are harmful to babies and many are harmful to a pregnant woman. I am obsessed with essential oils, I basically live off Lush products lol but there were so many I could not use while pregnant like eucalyptus, cinnamon bean, clary sage, and jasmine.
Lavender. Gentle baby and Sleepygize from young living is what I use on both my babies.
Could it be sleep regression?
