I had that with my son. I feel your pain. Lots of pillows !!! Prop yourself up and have a bunch between your legs. It helps a bit

no problem, the only was i was comfortable was with 2 body pillows, one under my belly coming up over my shoulder and one behind me keeping me off my back, then i had like 10 pillows. Between my legs, under my head,around me. Swear i have no idea how my husband or i slept towards the end lmao

I get random pains in my vagina that feel very sharp with a lot of pressure behind them going straight down and it makes me buckle over :((
Your son may be pressing on nerves between your hips I would suggest trying to gently lift/reposition him when you get those pains and see if that helps!!
