Depends on which religion. Jews have a different meaning and it starts at sundown one day and ends sundown the next.
Seventh day Adventist’s is Saturday (the 7th day of the week)
Most other Christians observe Sunday as the sabbath.

Sabbath is sundown Friday to sun down Saturday. It's defined though as the 7th day of the week. I don't observe the sabbath, just know this random info, lol
