Ugh, see I can’t stand that. I do have this one neighbor who will walk into your yard to check your recycle bin who won’t be coming back. I was really nice when I told her that people get shot for stealing someone else’s source of money where I’m from and she needs to choose wisely. She hasn’t been back since.
