I can’t wait for Christmas. I get to make my first Xmas dinner. On the list is some honey roasted carrots, string bean casserole with no mushrooms(MIL can’t eat mushrooms), spinach & artichoke stuffed chicken rolls, bacon scalloped potatoes, typical rice with beans, and spatchcock whole chicken. 🥰
