I started getting these bumps Sunday and it’s not getting any better! They weren’t itchy but now they are. It stares around boob area and now it’s on my neck back and shoulder and belly. Does anyone have any idea wtf This is? I won’t see my doctor till Thursday

I literally had the same rash in the same spots! I still never figured out what caused it. It got crazy itchy the day after it first showed up. I didn’t eat any new foods or use any new skin products. It could be stress related, because I know mine started last week when I was dealing with A LOT of stressful stuff at once. I moisturized with witch hazel or aloe and showered with cool water every day to keep it from irritating me too much, it’s almost gone after a week!

I had this about a month ago. Same area and what not. My obgyn noticed it when she was doing my boob exam and sent a referral into the dermatologist. Sadly I missed the appt. But it never showed up again. She did prescribe a steroid cream and it cleared up within a day.
