Something is up with me feeling pregnancy symptoms but I've had a period twice every time I feel like it's either gas bubbles or something moving but I feel it our German Shepherd is acting up she's kissing and pooping in the house when we just got her to be able to be out side and use the bathroom but she acts so jelly she first started when she put her ear on my belly she started mis behaving after that and as for the period thing that's been going on for 4 or 5 months I don't know what to do

To feel a baby you’d have to be nearly 20 weeks along. It would be rare to have a period while pregnant, it would also be rare to not get a positive test.

That's why I'm freaking out but our dog is acting out she's never acted out like this but I see my stomach switching sides but it feels like gas bubbles

Dogs act out for many reasons. Especially puppies. And you’ve only had it a few weeks?? Ya, it’s just being a puppy in a new place.
