Sooo tired..had a breakdown at work..I bend over backwards for my job..i work 50-70 hours a week..i come in early,I stay late,switch my schedule last minute..i deal with people never showing up..last night all 3 closers didn't show up..i had been up since 6am..i was at work by 9am..my boss assumed Id work til close since no one came in..but because I said well idk about tomorrow then she threw a fit..she doesn't seem to know her role & responsibilities as a store manager..gonna start looking for a new job..im legit tired 24/7..

Girl do what is best! Its a shame when you are that loyal. And not a mgr. That they are taking advantage of you. As they say you don't know what you got till it gone! They gonna hate to see you go

I'm the assistant store manager..but I work more than everyone there..i work twice as hard as my boss..shes always in the office on her phone..she throws baby fits..i work more than her even tho were supposed to work the same amount..i go above & beyond to be there...its sad that loyalty & hard work are under appreciated. 😪😪😪

That happened to me when I worked for Applebee's. I usually roll with whatever is thrown at me, but my GM backed me in a corner one day when I was really over tired and over worked. I lost my shit and told him off in the middle of the dining room. It happens. People can only take so much.

When I was trying to leave mine this year. They offered me a promo n $1 raise. I worked my ass off. Never called out. I am like the last man standing in my area all the time. So I feel ya 100%. Even with new mgt. I keep hearing things are gonna change. Can someone explain what it means when upper mgt says that?

Depends..we have new owners "things were gonna change"..shits only gotten harder..but maybe they have plans to improve either work conditions or the amount of employees if your short handed..it sucks..im ready to throw in the towel..but trying to look for more opportunities & be positive.
