It's just tricky because sometimes they don't do it in your area like mine but they'll do it in Austin which I don't understand what the difference is if you're doing it from home but you know LOL

Look online at amazon.com and progressive.com and they have the option of doing customer service at home and I think Amazon provides you with the headset and whatnot services that you need for it
