When I use to hit the gym I hated the machines. I thought those were the only options available. That was until I found a kickboxing class.

It’s a strenuous workout, but for some reason my body and mind connected with it so much more. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Royalton Riviera is a fit resort, but don’t get fooled you don’t need to work out, but for those wanting to continue their fitness lifestyle or even think about it... they have so many options available for you🏋🏼‍♂️
