I am 23 weeks pregnant, and ended up coming down with a horrible cold. It has been a week now and I'm feeling much better but I have been coughing alot.
Yesterday I started feeling a pain in my stomach on my right side in one spot, and has gotten worse with every cough. Should I be worried or could this just be round ligament pain or a pulled muscle and will go away? Has anyone ever experianced this? ( baby is still kicking)

It's probably nothing. But it doesn't hurt to ask. As your abdominal muscles stretch they become more easily bruised, strained, and potentially painful for you.
For the coughs: Hot steamy shower, hot water with honey, or salt water. Boil ginger, strain use milk and honey for flavor if you need to and sip lightly. This can also be used for stool softener if needed if you drink it. So only sip for the sore throat.

I never felt this pain before when sick and pregnant, so I thought I would ask before my mind starting thing irrationally lol.
I will definitely try the ginger, milk and honey. thank you

: I would call and ask your provider for an appt just in case. Better safe than sorry. Hoping it's just a strain or round ligament pains.
I swear by the ginger tea. We use it for so many things around here. Allergies, sinus issues, cough, sore.throat, diuretic, heartburn, and more. Hope it helps you!
