We are giving our almost 2 month old daughter 4 oz each time we feed her....we burp her every 1 oz so she doesn't spit up as much. I fed her at 5:30 and she's hungry again now.. should I feed her another 4 oz bottle? And will she start eating 6 oz or 8 oz now since she's almost 2 months??? She will be 2 months on December 6th.. I'm a first time mom so I'm new at this lol

Is she formula fed? If so, I would say make 1-2oz more if she’s hungry and go from there.

When my son was born he started at 2-4 ounces for the first 2 months then we moved him to always 4 ounces in a feeding and now for the most part he’s 4-6 ounces every feed. He’s 4 months now. He used to spit up a lot when he was younger now he does it maybe once every few days not even that. It depends on you but I’d definitely agree with these ladies n start with 1-2 ounces added with the 4 to see what she can handle

You can try to follow the chart for how much she’ll eat but in reality, she doesn’t understand the schedule. She just knows when she’s hungry. My daughter currently eats 4 - 6 oz per feeding. We start at 4 oz and give her more if she still seems hungry.
