So since we've all moved in to the place now I'm starting sleep training tonight!
As much I love Noah falling asleep on me for nap time it's now made him not be able to fall asleep on his own on a night time and I can't sit with him all night.
So tonight I'm going back to basics and hopefully by the end of the week he will be back to sleeping on his own 😁
*Ton of coffee required* 😂

With my son I’d let him cry for 5 minutes (obviously making sure everything else with him was ok). I’d go back in, lay him down again and leave. I wouldn’t touch the light or say a word to him. It took two nights and this was around 10 months old because he started to laugh at me when I came into his bedroom when he was crying ! He has gone to bed within seconds ever since then, regardless of where we are but our routine is always exactly the same and I take his bedding with us if we’re away from home.
