So for those are interesting my hearing my labor story:
Thursday morning when we checked in to the hospital, the doctor came in to check around 8:50 am and said I was already at a 3 and in labor, so the original plan we had put in place which was putting a foley balloon in and pump Pitocin to start labor went out the window and she broke my water. So who knows when I actually started labor. Around 11 am or so I asked for pain medication when that didn’t work I asked for epidural around 1 pm. By 4:55pm I was pushing and had her at 5:16 pm and had a immediate skin to skin contact and that’s when I cried in happy tears, I would have to say being in labor for 8 or plus hours long and pushing for 20 mins I couldn’t ask for a better labor story. 💕💕💕
