I don't know if we're cursed or what but every year around this time my family gets hit with horrible luck. My husband got a staph infection from a tiny cut and almost lost his thumb. He had surgery and will be fine but he can't work for a few weeks. 😪 Our daughter refuses bottles so I can't go back to work either. Fortunately I have been able to get free gifts for my family and a bunch of Walmart gift cards for groceries with an app my friend showed me. Its a dice game called Verydice where you win tickets that are redeemed for free Amazon merchandise and gift cards. Crazy right? I thought so too! It really does work and doesn't cost anything! Even the shipping is free! We got over $300 in gifts and about $200 in gift cards. I'm so happy this saved us this year. I wanted to share in case someone else could use a little help.

You can find the app in your app store. Its the one with a black dice with green dots

Am I wrong to be upset? Last night I was running a fever, weak, tired, sore, my left boob feels like it got used as a punching bag. I asked my husband to call out of work today to help me with the kid so I could get some rest. He went to work. I texted him this morning. Part of me thinks I mean. The other part of me thinks I was fine for saying that because he should've stayed home with us.

ekko I see both sides. However, if you both work and him taking off one day isn’t going
2sweetie I’ve never asked my husband to take a day off when I’m sick. I just deal with
boymama523 He gets the choice to call off if he’s overwhelmed or sick. You (all us mommas) don’t.
