I was 8 weeks but they didn't do an ultrasound yet. They waited until 10 weeks because sometimes at 8 they can't find the heartbeat. I have another ultrasound coming up this week and I can't wait.
10wks 4 days, but I also conveniently recently moved states and didnt set my insurance or even have my license up here yet, otherwise I would have set up an appointment when I found out lol
@alisha_byers I tried getting insurance and had a heck of the time, I called the hospital I wanted to go to and they helped me set it up! They set my appointments up and sent me the Bill's for me to send to my insurance when it was activated! I'd call and ask if you could do similar(:
I have insurance but my insurance coverage wasn't very good when I found out I was pregnant. I would call the medicaid office asap and tell them you don't currently have access to prenatal care. They should point you in the right direction. Have you started a prenatal yet?
@alisha_byers Okay phew! Either way Medicaid should help you get connected with some other types of insurance. My husband and I ran into the same issue with being past the dates to apply for insurance through his work but just have him ask anyways. 😊

I have been taking a prenatal, I'm in process of seeing if I can get Medicaid, but my husband probably makes too much
