Being engorged doesn't necessarily mean more milk. Your breasts can feel like flapjacks and have just as much. Stayed hydrated, keep your stress low, and have that baby nurse as often as possible to really regulate your milk.
I don’t have any advice for that, other than the standard answers. (Drink more water, eat better, lactation cookies, mothers tea, sleep enough, etc.) But I will say, I only got engorged for the first two or three weeks. I struggle to pump, I don’t anymore. I take supplements. I drink Mother’s milk tea. And honestly. My son is a big baby, he’s growing, so I know he’s getting what he needs from me.. 👍🏻So I guess don’t worry about not being engorged, if your daughter was unhappy with your supply, she’d let you know😅 ❤️
