The only way to know is via blood test or ultrasound. The symptoms you listed are all just normal pregnancy symptoms.

Symptoms have nothing to do with it mine were completely opposite everyone swore I was having a girl my second pregnancy and I had both boys lol

My blood test wasn't accurate either at 12 weeks. Mine were 1.3, 1.6 and 2.4. It was still 50-50...Baby's heartbeat is always on the high side too. We really thought we were having a girl because of blood test and "symptoms." But we're having a baby boy. 😊

My cravings and sickness were almost the same with both boys and girls.

And one more thing, i know it might be tmi, i don’t know if you’ve heard of the Y and X chromosomes y is faster and die off before the x and x is slower but live longer. So if you were sick or lost weight around the time you conceived it could mean you’re having a girl. I was always in my healthy stage when I conceived my boys, and i was weak and sick when I conceived my girl, and my husband was sick ( means lower sperm count =girl) when we conceived this baby girl.
